Oil-Free Air Compressor with Manual / Automatic Drain Valve
HSN Code: 84144090

The Chromgate Oil-Free Air Compressor is designed to provide a clean, reliable, and oil-free compressed-air supply for laboratory, analytical, pharmaceutical, research, medical, and compatible industrial applications where contamination from lubricating oil is undesirable.

The compressor is available in Diaphragm-Type and Piston-Type configurations to suit different airflow, pressure, and application requirements. As no lubricating oil is used in the compression chamber, the system helps minimize the risk of oil contamination in the delivered compressed air and connected analytical instruments.

The compressor is supplied complete with an air receiver tank, safety relief valve, pressure gauge, automatic pressure switch, manual / automatic condensate drain valve, non-return valve, air intake filter, delivery piping, outlet valve, and required standard fittings for safe and reliable operation.

Different motor capacities and receiver tank sizes are available to suit specific instrument requirements and operating conditions.

For analytical instruments such as AAS and Flame Photometers, the compressor should be selected according to the instrument manufacturer’s recommended compressed-air pressure and airflow requirements.

Note: Compressor type, motor capacity, airflow, receiver capacity, working pressure, dimensions, weight, noise level, electrical supply, outlet connection, and other technical parameters may vary according to the selected model and configuration.

Three-Stage Compressed Air Filtration Assembly
HSN Code: 84213100

The Chromgate Three-Stage Compressed Air Filtration Assembly is designed to provide clean, filtered, moisture-reduced, and pressure regulated compressed air for laboratory, analytical, pneumatic, and compatible industrial applications.

The system combines multiple air-treatment stages in a compact modular assembly to reduce condensed moisture, particulate contaminants, fine aerosols, oil aerosols, and other compatible impurities from the compressed-air stream while providing controlled downstream operating pressure.

Its modular construction facilitates convenient installation, inspection, maintenance, drainage, and replacement of individual filter elements. The filtration stages and final air-treatment configuration can be selected according to the required air quality and application.

Three-Stage Filtration Arrangement

Stage 1 – Particulate Filter & Moisture Separator
Designed for primary filtration and separation of bulk condensed moisture, dust, rust, pipe scale, and other particulate contaminants from the incoming compressed air.

Stage 2 – Fine / Coalescing Filter
Provides secondary fine filtration for the reduction of fine particulate matter, water aerosols, and compatible oil aerosols, helping improve the quality of compressed air supplied to downstream equipment.

Stage 3 – Final Air Treatment
The final stage can be selected according to the application and required air quality, with options such as an Activated Carbon Filter, Final Micro Filter, or Lubricator.

Typical Applications
Suitable for laboratory compressed-air systems, analytical instruments, gas generators, pneumatic instrumentation, pharmaceutical and QA/QC laboratories, research facilities, air-operated equipment, and compatible industrial compressed-air applications.

Important Note: Filtration ratings, airflow capacity, operating pressure, connection size, drain arrangement, filter media, and final-stage configuration are selected according to the application. Particulate and coalescing filters primarily remove particles, condensed moisture, and aerosols; where a specified low dew point or removal of water vapour is required, a suitable compressed air dryer should be provided.
