Laboratory Exhaust System for AAS / ICP / ICP-MS / HR-ICP-MS
HSN Code: 84146000

The Chromgate Laboratory Exhaust System for AAS, ICP, ICP-MS, and HR-ICP-MS is designed for the efficient capture, extraction, and safe discharge of heat, fumes, vapours, and process exhaust generated during the operation of analytical instruments. The system helps maintain a safer and more controlled laboratory environment by effectively removing instrument-generated exhaust from the designated extraction point.

The system comprises a dedicated Stainless Steel Exhaust Hood, SS Centrifugal Exhaust Blower, SS Ducting, Airflow Control Damper, Duct Bends, Mounting Supports, and associated accessories, providing a complete and integrated exhaust solution for analytical laboratories.

The system is offered on a Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) basis and can be customized according to the analytical instrument make and model, required extraction airflow, instrument exhaust connection, laboratory layout, duct routing, discharge location, and actual site conditions.

Working Principle
The exhaust hood is positioned at the designated exhaust point of the analytical instrument to effectively capture the generated heat, fumes, vapours, and exhaust gases. During operation, the SS Centrifugal Exhaust Blower creates the required negative pressure and suction to draw the exhaust into the system.

The extracted air is conveyed through the SS ducting, while the integrated Airflow Control Damper allows the exhaust airflow to be adjusted and balanced according to the instrument’s operating requirements. The collected exhaust is then conveyed through the connected ducting and safely discharged at a suitable designated location.
